Good response times and commitment! There is a pest control issue with the apartment but management has promised to take care of it and responded promptly to our concerns.

I moved in my apartment last Friday woke up in the middle of the night to find little roaches carrying around. I contacted the leasing office and they sent someone out right away. I appreciate the swift response but to say the least I wasn’t pleased.

Extremely Disappointing Move-In Experience
From the moment we arrived, the apartment was in unacceptable condition. We immediately noticed a serious cockroach infestation, especially in the kitchen, which also had a strong, unpleasant odor. The bathroom sink area was wet and showed clear signs of water damage. The balcony was filthy and unpainted, giving it an unfinished appearance.
To make matters worse, the apartment we were given looked nothing like the unit we were shown during the tour —... a clear bait-and-switch. Additionally, all the stairs are located outside, which made moving in extremely difficult and inconvenient, especially with all the items we had packed.
Overall, this experience was frustrating, stressful, and disappointing. I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, or honestly represented place to live.
