The house is 3 stories. I'm renting 3 rooms in the finished basement (1st floor). 2 of the rooms are connected, 1 is... separated like an office space across the hall.

Tenant would have your own separate entry door at the bottom floor of the house, separate from the main entry door on main floor. Tenant has it's own concrete parking pad that is gated in the back yard by separate entry.

Common areas on main level (2nd floor - ground level): kitchen, living room, game room, wine room, patio in backyard with lake and fire pit, guest bedroom for visiting family. I live on the 3rd floor, we will rarely cross paths.

This is a smart house located in East Cobb area with upgraded amenities in kitchen and laundry room. Security cameras surrounding the property.

Rent is $1250 due by the 3rd of each month. We split electricity, water, and wifi.

Smoking is only permitted on the patio. No large parties. Don't be late on rent.
