1st off it take maintenance for ever to come fix things....They never answer phone in office...Then not enough parking space & some residents have visitors of 3r more people so resident dont have anywhere to park... Kids throw trash all in breezeway & parking lot... kids play in breezeway on bikes & scooters...alwatys bouncing balls against wall of other peoples apt. Then they always coming up with something to make monthly payment go up but dont care bout all the mold in your apt. A/C always... having problem...even in so call newly rentavated apt. Still having issues...just alot of HEADACHES... residents upstairs dont respect people under them... heavy walking kids running all times of night... NEVER anyone patrolling apt.... then they want 60 days notice if your not renewing lease which is CRAZY cause if lease up its up .. thats just to keep your deposit...only thing was good bout here was it was close to my job(Kumo)... so glad i left that HELL HOLE...every 3-6 months new management ...every 6-8 months new owners.. just not worth price!!! If you’re trying to live in any form or fashion comfortably and safe. Do not invest your money here. The apartments are not in livable conditions and the property manger is even worse. Don’t move your families here even if it’s the last resort.

Apartment was small, neighbors were loud, community was awful. Trash is always piled up at the trash compactor and vehicles were broken in to every weekend. The rent isn’t even low here, there’s better options everywhere for the same price. I was also told I wouldn’t have to pay for the blinds to be replaced but on move out I was charged for them! When I asked she acted as though she never said it. Management always seemed slow and behind and often lied about things. During the summer I had... hundreds of gnats no matter how much I cleaned, when I complained they said they can’t do anything about it. Never had any of these issues with any other apartment. I’m almost every holiday people were outside shooting guns in the air. The pools were closed for almost half the summer for maintenance. My AC had a leak and instead of getting it replaced they just refilled it. It worked for about a week then it wouldn’t cool again. Because of the AC, my power bill was always over $200, that’s insane for an 800 sq foot apartment. I’m now in a 1250 sq foot apartment and my power bill is around $120. Stay away Roach invested buildings, trash everywhere!! The apartment was not clean when I moved in. Coming from a brand new apartment to here is disgusting to say the least. Posting pictures of roaches in food while cooking and trash. I want out of my lease.
