Love living at the lake!
I’ve lived here for several years and love this community and our leasing office folks! Service requests are handled promptly and the community events are fun!

Been here 6 years
Affordable, quiet, and I can wake up, look out my window and see the lake. Close enough to town but still feels rural. Angela is an all-star and the staff feel like they care about you.

Great community!
This community on Lake Tobosofeekee is a great place to live. Obviously, the views are great but the management is even better! Maintenance is easy and convenient to request and work orders are completed quickly. Any required maintenance or issues like water needing to be paused for work is communicated asap through text, email and flyers left at doors. The leasing office also does lovely events like free chicken biscuits in the morning or paint'n'sips or bingo. The grounds are always well-kept... and the neighbors are generally considerate and polite. Overall, it's been a joy living here!

Location is perfect and the lake is a huge plus! Quiet community and office staff are always super helpful!
