It’s nasty and disgusting here! It’s bugs, mold, mildew, bad smells, etc. and the management and maintenance are unprofessional and need more training!

Stay far away! Nothing gets fixed and the bugs (roaches) are ridiculous and never send pest control unless you nag them constantly and even then it's not consistent and it's part of your rent payments

The lady at the front desk is not helpful at all. We submitted an application, got approved, got a move in date and everything, only for her to tell us once we got almost all our paperwork in that we don’t make enough money to live there. Every time we walked through the front door of the leasing office, even on the very first day we walked in, she acted incredibly annoyed and not happy to see us at all. She was no help to us in the application process; when we asked how to add a co-signer, she... just said “there should be a way to add one” without really giving much detail. Applied online, I got approved sign the lease and everything. I emailed the office so that I can come view the apartment before giving them a $200 non-refundable holding deposit. She stated that she'll email me when it's ready to view. The following week she gave away the apartment I applied for because the person gave the holding deposit. I told her how was that fair when I signed the lease on that apartment online and I was the first person to apply for that apartment. She ignored it and was... like the next one I have available isn't going to be ready until the 19th of March, note my lease is up on the 16th of March. So I was beyond pissed then she was like I have another two bedroom with one and half bath that'll be ready before then so I ok I'll come to view it that Saturday and I'll have my holding deposit. Love the space! Staff was amazing!! Process was easy and smooth.They are older apartments but well worth the money, been looking for a while before I decided to try them. This is a great location.
