I’m really happy with my new furnished studio apartment here! The renovations look amazing, and the community feels so welcoming. It’s a quiet, gated property with great amenities—a pool, fitness center, and fun monthly events for tenants. I love how convenient the location is—close to the bus stop, shopping mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and right off I-75. The flexible weekly payment option is a huge plus, and I feel safe here with the well-lit surroundings and no crime issues. Overall,... it’s been a great place to call home!

I absolutely love my newly renovated one-bedroom apartment! It’s cozy, features brand new appliances, and the bathroom is stunning. The office staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free. I even received my second month free, and with the flat-fee utilities, it’s an amazing value. This is truly the best move I have ever made!

"I recently moved into my studio apartment in a former hotel that’s been beautifully converted into apartments, and it’s perfect for me as a student. The space is just the right size, with a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom featuring brand-new appliances. I love having a pool, and convenient on-site laundry. location is ideal—close to shopping and dining. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and affordability for my needs."

I recently moved into this unique property that was once a hotel and is now stylish apartments. The conversion was done beautifully, and I love the modern feel. The amenities are a big plus—there’s a pool and a fitness room, which I use regularly. The Keisha and Quilla are always friendly and ready to help, making the community feel welcoming. The location is fantastic, close to shopping and dining, so everything I need is just minutes away. Overall, a great place to live!"
