Been here since it was known as the Emblem so almost like 3 years now, we moved from a 2 bedroom to a 3 and for us its been really great. THEY WILL PENNY NICKLE AND DIME YOU FOR EVERYTHING. They willl charge you for things you might not even use, they have been charging us for parking spaces that they havent provided or valet trash that has too many stipulations and for the parcel boxes BUT once you get past all that, its a pretty safe and quiet place to live I wont lie.

Don't be fooled
If I could give the complex 0 stars that would even be to many. So many issues from buildings to dog poop everywhere. No regard for any tenet living here. Of safety and comfortably is what you're looking for this place is not it. Don't be fooled by the filler comments.

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE
Very quiet neighborhood. Good availability on parking, not too crowded. Safe! The Amenities that they offer are kept in clean conditions and easy to access by renters. Don’t walk, RUN into these apartments.

I couldn’t have had a better experience during my move-in at Emblem Grayson! Jordan and Ervin were extremely attentive, courteous, and patient! It feels great knowing I am welcome at my new home away from home!
