Robberies, car break ins, mail stolen, heavy bug infestation, MOLD!!! Maintence never want to do their job!!! Oh & the security gate hasn’t been working for almost 2years now!!! This is a mad hole.

Horrible property, apartment is small and the rent isn’t worth It also the rent is NEVER the same. The gate is Horrible and is always broke. The traffic for gate is horrible to it’ll take you 30 min to get through. The trash is bad, groudsman doesn’t exist. If you call with a problem they NEVER fix it completely! Property Manager only cares about her family she moves into neighborhood! BETTER OFF BEING HOMELESS

Everything you can think of is wrong with this place; from the never working gate, never working leasing office agents (Bria, Cassandra, the never existing manager), noisy neighbors who smoke weed on their patios, moving in and out no matter what time it is, small apartment, cheap playground where grown men hang out at, broken mail boxes where they have broken into multiple times, trash pick up is a joke, trash everywhere.
now I had roaches for about 3 months but I FIXED THE PROBLEM because... pest control is another joke. Everything about this place is ridiculous and it's sad that they have their friends and co-workers make "positive" reviews.
the ONLY POSITIVE thing is Janice, the newest leasing agent, and the location because it's close to publix and the highway. You better off moving into a house.... or a cardboard box
