It's been a fairly good experience living here , the neighbors are great and the apartment has been well maintained. My complaint is the upgrades that should be made to the apartment considering normal wear and tear like paint, bathroom fixtures and the cleaning of the beesway that has wasps and other eyesore items. The rent as well keeps getting higher and my ability to pay it was based on what I made six years ago I'm afraid that if it gets higher will have to move. There should be a stay on... rent prices for those who have been here for so long and who has payed their rent on time atleast 80% of the time.

I’ve had a great experience living at Greystone at Creekwood. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance.
