We have lived here for three years now, we really like the community and the people that surround us. I have two littles and we love to go on afternoon walks around the neighborhood.

I like the welcome gift idea and the department had a new and clean carpet!
However, the overall experience was not great for the following reasons:
- strong smell of smoking throughout the whole apartment.
- there is overall cleanliness and dust through the whole apartment starting from windows doors, some walls and surfaces, ceiling fans, etc.
- few damage here and there but it’s OK. I put a service request for them, but it’s not ideal to move in an apartment. The first thing you do is to put... service request gives an impression that there is no good inspection to the unit before handing over to the renter!
- there’s a lack of response on communication from the landlord side when they are approached about that

Currently enjoying my new apartment…it has been a smooth experience. My new neighbors are quiet and friendly. Creekwood is truly a beautiful place to live.

I walked into an apartment that was uncleaned, unpainted from the previous tenants. There was a crack in the shower wall, there was a cabinet drawer missing, and they still tried to make me sign for the apartment. At no point was there any communication between the complex and myself to prepare me for the situation. Only after I complained did they attempt to rectify the situation. I realize I am not walking into a new building but this is not what should happen with a new tenant. I am still... waiting to see how they can amend my shock of my move in.
There was someone that “cleaned” meaning that they swept. The painter came within a 2 hour notice and did some touchups but the work that was done only after the fact still leaves me with an settling feeling that this complex is not living up to the standards that it portrays.

Great place. Quiet and family friendly. Nice amenities as well. Friendly staff. If you’re looking for a great place to call home. This is it!
