Hello- I just wanted to share my WONDERFUL & FAST apartment hunting experience through Apartments.com. I went and found my future new home, thanks to apartments.com. I'm so very great full for coming online and searching for apartments. I never heard of 3400 club apartments, until I saw them online. They had plenty of information on the area, shopping, amenities etc...I was able to make an apartment with the apartments leasing office. I went & saw them. LOVED them and now I move in on October... 9th!! What else could I say...THANK YOU, Apartments.com for providing excellent service for us apartment hunters out there. What would I do without them. Will definitely recommend others to use Apartments.com.

Excellent Maintenance
Convenient location to restaurants, local stores and mall shopping. The staff and maintenance staff are very helpful. Maintenance responds to request within one day or next day. They are knowledgeable and timely. They do an excellent job of keeping the apartment grounds neat and clean. They pick up trash and excess garbage around the dumpsters every day at the same time of day. The inside of the apartments are well proportioned (not overly spacious, but well proportioned) and well... insulated. It is relatively quiet. The pool area is available during summer months from 10 am to 6 pm. Last, but certainly not least, is the bug extermination process. Bug extermination is done as a precaution during apartment inspections and is also available upon request. Of course, it is always helpful when an apartment is well maintained and exterminated by each individual.
