Hidden Gem. First i love being the first person to live in a brand new apartment. The location is perfect. Kroger is less than 5 min away along with so many other shopping and restaurants to choose from. Jacub is amazing as well.

Love the location of the apartments and being the first tenants as well ! Very close to grocery stores ,downtown lawrenceville, and so much more . They are kind of hidden gems :) …… We struggled in the beginning communicating with the leasing office. I called the day before my move in to confirm the move in dates as well as my unit number which was supposed to be the third floor. I was told that I wasn’t verified by corporate to move in and the unit number I was moving in got changed…. They... asked me to call the next morning to see if we can move in …. Which from the tenants perspective is super frustrating because, I have my family and we are expecting to move into our new home and we get told this a day before our move in property management wasn’t the friendliest, and never was clear nor direct….I did appreciate being called back early in the morning before they opened to tell us we are able to move in :) Other than that things have been well and I cant wait for all the amenities and construction to be done !
