Property manager was notified due to black mold appearing in my apartment. Maintenance nor property manager would fix the issue. I was told to break my lease they would not fix the black mold issue. Agreed to get my deposit back if no damages to apartment, there were no damages and I never received my deposit money back. Also roaches and bug issue! Black mold on the ceiling! Possum issue! Bad lighting in the neighborhood! Property manager is money hungry. Maintenance is really non existent!... Horrible experience of 4years! Don’t move here , they just want your monthly rent and don’t fix anything!

DEAD FIELD MICES RATS!!!
Roach infested !!!!!! Roaches all in the house and outside the house. Things are torn broken run down. Their is a mice/rat problem in the laundry room I woke up to seeing two dead mice in my kitchen and one in the laundry room I can't wait to move !!!! Please do not rent here !!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!
The landlord of long leaf probably doesent even have a heart beat she down right evil and only care about collecting money ! The apartments is filled with roaches and mold!!!! I got sick three times because of all the mold growing in these nasty Run down apartments run away and dont rent here !!!
