horrible management, property damage, roaches and trash!
live here if you like roaches in your apartment, trash everywhere and damaged property from water leaking from the apartment above you. i’ve had problems moving out as they are charging me over $300 for “carpet replacement” even though when I called they couldn’t provide me with a single reason as to why is needed to be replaced! they also told me it hadn’t even been cleaned before deeming it needed to be replaced. Jessica is the worst person ever, she doesn’t care about residents AT ALL and... will leave you with a fallen ceiling for 2 weeks! 0% recommend

Apartment Tour
I love everything about this place thus far. It’s in a great location, the landscaping is immaculate, and very quiet. I was surprised, that the property actually look like the online photos. This was my 3rd stop this week, in search of a new place. The other properties was no where in comparison with the online photos. I am really considering Heights of Kennesaw, my new home. Thanks for everything Rachel.
