Terrible Customer Service – Completely Unresponsive
I’ve been trying to get in touch with Oaks at Johns Creek for the past four days and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. They don’t answer calls, don’t return voicemails, and completely ignore online inquiries. I’ve submitted multiple contact requests through their website—no response whatsoever.
To make matters worse, today they’ve started hanging up the phone when I call. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior for any business, let alone one involved in housing... and property management. If this is how they treat people just trying to get basic information, I can only imagine how poorly they treat actual tenants.
Stay far away if you expect even the most basic level of customer service. This place clearly doesn't care about people or communication.

Too Expensive, Poor management and in-experienced maintenance personnel
For the same rental per month, you will find a better apartment complex than the Oaks. From the manager to staff very poor management. And you will find in-experienced maintenance personnel.
No play area, No tennis courts, so, kids will be playing in the parking lot.
It is so expensive because of the school district. I would suggest there are plenty of apartment complexes near state bridge rd. with less expensive than Oaks and better amenities.

Terrible Experience!
I would not rent at this property or from the management company - SENTINEL REAL ESTATE CORPORATION!!! I lived in two apartments here. The pipes broke in the apartment above me and flooded mine. In the second apartment, they allowed a bad resident to move above me that walked heavily and sound like constant stomping - this occurred late at night and early in the morning and could not sleep because of it. The floors are thin and I could hear walking in my first apt too. I requested one month of... rent to be refunded due to the negative impact on me. They would not. They rather you suffer than them. Disregard any response they leave on this review.

This place is a utter nightmare! Extremely loud and poor construction! Absolutely a mess the office managers are terrible, lazy and useless. Don't ever go here. I am actively living in my car over going home! Absolutely a horrible place. Ruined my life. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
