DEPOSIT REFUND REIMBURSEMENT
On June 25, 2025 we moved our of our Covey Southhampton Home. Inspection was done immediately that day. A REFUND of $2,150 has been owed to this current date. I have tried to handle this in the most professional manner, but sending emails, talking with a Representative, yet still receive no communication. I encourage anyone who moves into this homes, to folllow up immediately, or you will turn into a forgotten Resident. $2,150 is ALOT of $$ to have someone string you along these days, especially... when the right steps were taken on my part.

Fraudulent and incompetent
When you live here, nothing will be as promised. The tour may possibly be your best experience if at all.
When you leave? Your security will be promised but move on with your life, they have no intention to refund you despite what the invoice will say. Despite your efforts to leave the home clean and spotless while leaving.
Their manager and staff? Expect disrespect and unprofessional conduct.
