Greystone has the potential to be a nice community but lacks proper care and maintenance. There are much better communities out there for the money.

It's not the best but not the worst. It's what you make it. I enjoy the Suburb and Urban feel of the Hiram, GA area. I enjoy walking around the community. A lot of rules, but it doesn't bother me at all. Do your due diligence before making a decision.

So much dog droppings. Can't even use the bark park there's so much poop in there it's ridiculous.

Lived here for one year and was very happy to put in my notice to vacate. I moved in because it was new construction but it came with a lot of issues. Poor communication from the office, noise from construction, dog poo issues, crowded streets (no parking), homes are not quality for what you are paying. Its an okay place to live if you are only staying while your home is being built. Beware when you leave. Make sure they do not keep your deposit. That is if you get any back because they... use the money to pay any water/sewer bill that you owe.
