NOT SAFE TO LIVE.. listen to gunshots and arguing every night. I’ve been followed going on walks, had the apartment above flood my apartment and I am still dealing with the issues months later, and now I have had my window shot in with a 22. What does maintenance do? They file my complaints in the computer then immediately mark it as complete. I called the police station today to get a report from the accident that I reported on Monday when I had a maintenance man come in and tell me that he... will call the police and they tell me that there is no case number and that it was filed under vandalism. Every time I’ve reported a maintenance issue I have to call multiple times and report it, and it is always reported incorrectly in the system. I had someone come out to replace the window screens for my window instead of the glass. I report that my family and pets have been sick since the flood, our carpet is deformed and smells bad and we are given a dehumidifier. Read More

Applied here, got approved. Got a move in date, move in date was changed multiple times for different reasons each time that made no sense. Wasn't told it was changed until I called the day of. Front office handled it worse way possible. Bad communication & because of my experience, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not a front office that would have your back.

The new office staff has always been very friendly and helpful.
