I never in my 50 years have had a more helpful caring manager She is always helpful and immediately answers to issues. I would have moved along time ago if it hadn't been for her I love her!!

Great place to call home
I lived at Vineyard Place for 4 years. The property is well kept and clean. It was quiet, clean and peaceful living. The office staff was always nice and willing to help. The office staff showed appreciation to the residents on several occasions by offering snacks and treats for the kids, prize drawings and recognizing holidays with small celebrations. They are active on their social media page to engage with residents as well. I experienced very minimal maintenance issues during those years.... The price of the rent is very fair for the amount of space you get. (I had a one bedroom) I only moved to be closer to family but I do recommend the property for short term or long term living.

Look no further! This is it!
I can not ask for a better place to live. You are not just a resident you are family! If the manager can’t help you with her knowledge of the apartments, schools, businesses, etc nobody can! You can not go wrong living here! Rick our maintenance guy is fast and knowledgeable.

Best in Griffin
As you walk into the office you are greeted with a smile every single time! Daily you will see the manager walking and checking things out! The grounds are top notch, clean,and quiet. You will not. Be disappointed from the moment you walk in the office until the staff welcomes you to your new home! They truly do make you feel like you are part of a family! My children have enjoyed the summer events so far!
