Management is Absolutely rude and shows no signs of compassion for residents. Maintenance is not kept or nor addressed. My unit has mold test confirmation for 12 different types of mold from legal mold inspection I paid out of pocket for. They completely violate your rental rights and when you seek legal help and back up it becomes even. More of a problem . I currently have public housing , city code enforcement affairs along with the state Georgia health department in Atlanta process of... helping me issues at hand. Spoke.

In poor management
Management doesn't help when something is wrong or broken. I didn't and don't have air conditioning for 2 years. The locks for the main entrance are broken and so is the window. Only half the windows open. Can't get anyone to do anything about anything!!!
