Great experience so far. Quiet neighborhood, management has done a great job to keep and maintain the complex. Garbage is great now. No overflow.

Security is acceptable, and communication with the office in English and Spanish is very professional. The handling of breakdowns is acceptable.

Love the peace in the community love how the office personnel are and treat u with respect love how they have it clean and keep it nice outside in the grass they keep the apartments clean

It a quiet neighborhood. Just folks wanting to raise their families. Overall, nothing special. But it's inexpensive compared to apartments in Buford and Flowery Branch.
