I co-signed a lease for my son's first apartment this year he is having issues with the neighbor upstairs that has bed bugs and they are coming down through the vents. I visited the property through pro-move and submitted an application fee.Firstly I was told that my application was not on file,then I was told the management were not there...then I did get to look at an apartment that was dirty and had bugs on the floor!I was told here were other apartments...I submitted my financial paper work and a few days later received a call from the manager saying my application was denied because of slightly less than average credit.However they put themselves on... websites that say they will work with your credit.Beware...
