I first want to say Marquis at Sugarloaf was my dream apartment. Sadly I am giving an exit review. In my departure I want to thank Nisha, Aaron, & Manny for making me feel like family and my stay feel like HOME!! I loved my 3 bedroom apt and the staff was amazing. I planned on staying here for a loooong time but God had other plans and with that being said I want to say goodbye to the complex but so long until we meet again to the staff. I had the best 2 years living here and advise anyone to... lease with Marquis at Sugarloaf!!! It gave me everything I needed and wanted in an apartment and community from the great customer service from the staff and the community outreach help!! Nisha!! You are amazing and I am grateful for meeting you! You are professional, compassionate, fair, involved with the community, go above and beyond, and you are fun!!! Aaron & Manny, you guys are just as amazing and make a great team...no! You make a great family!! I will always remember my time here at the Marquis. God bless!!

marquis sugarloaf
quiet community close to major highway and shopping. clean and safe living. my 1 bedroom has plenty of space to spare. lots of room to grow into.

Marquis is pretty cool
I've lived here since late 2013 and I love the convenience of having some of the utilities billed w/my rent. I don't love the limited choices of cable providers (AT&T and Dish) but the office staff is always friendly and attentive. All maintenance issues have been resolved quickly, so I plan to renew my lease a second time.
