As of my experience the apartment is good until you report the problem to the leasing office . My neighbor in townhome is working as DJ and made setup music studio in bedroom (2nd floor) , daily he practice or play music starting at 8 or 9 PM and continue until midnight . We sleep only in bedroom with children after long day . Fist time i called 911 as they continue till 3 AM in early morning and police have warned them . After one week they again continued multiple times and i reported to... leasing office 4-5 times and every time i call leasing office say they will take care and wont happen next time and ask them to call if it happen next time . But its 5th time and still it continue and no action been taken .
Leasing office will not take any action and children's cant able too sleep with loud base all night . most of thursday/friday/saturday and sunday the music continue long at night and even i spoke personally twice to neighbor to cut the music after 8 or 9 so children can sleep , but they never listen and leasing office management will next step .
Please don't choose this apartment and see better place .

Lovely new apartments. Nice floor plans, variety of balcony choices. Staff is very helpful. Management has always listened to requests and handled safety and maintenance issues quickly and efficiently. Atmosphere is friendly and family feeling. My family feel very secure here.

The grounds are well maintained, maintenance issues are timely resolved, the community is pet friendly, quiet and safe, and the staff courteous.

Excellent maintenance staff. In the summer my only complain is that anyone can have access to the pool and the gym.
