Avonlea Pointe is still under construction and due to launch soon. The interior of the one bedroom apartments have the nice and modern aesthetic but the pottery management must be from another state according to the outrageous fees they charge that is very uncommon for Georgia residents.
They charge a flat rate monthly charge of $40. If you Google the average cost of water all homes in Georgia, it is $28(as reported by the U.S. Energy Information Administration, Electric Sales, Revenue, and... Average Price, 2021). My current water&sewage bills for the past two years have been $15-$20 at most monthly.
They also charge a monthly $15 trash fee but offer no valet trash pick up. Both of my apartments from the past 3 years have only charged $20-25 for trash and they were for a valet trash pick up.
The leasing agents were very nice. The ownership needs to reconsider their fees.
