I just had to take a moment to share my experience with Carrington Place Apartments. My very first interaction, the office staff was so kind, professional, and welcoming. They took the time to listen to me and answer ALL my questions. It didn’t feel rushed or transactional at all.
Now let me say this—Germanie was AMAZING!!! She was very patient, knowledgeable, and just so warm. She went above and beyond to make sure the entire process went smoothly from start to finish, and you can tell she... truly cares about the people she helps. If you get the chance to work with her, you are in great hands!

ROACHES!!!!!!!!!!
The roaches' are so bad here you can't cook without watching over everything. Maintenance is horrible and management takes forever to respond to your request. Then when they do they do the bare minimum. Highly recommend NOT moving here

roach infested complex
Been here 3 years and no upgrades have been done on the units . The kitchen hasnt been upgraded since the 90s . White appliances and old brown wooden cabinets with no knobs on them. The wood is so old its deteriorating. Roaches are a problem no matter how clean you keep you apartment . I wil not be renewing again

Terrible
The staffs are irresponsible and take months tp fix problems. Too much Roaches and bugs, weed smells.
