I absolutely love living at Lumen Doraville! A huge thank you to the new staff, Ms. Kylie and Ms. Eve, for their professionalism and genuine care—they always ensure every concern is resolved before ending a conversation. The maintenance team (Mr./ Romero, Oscar, and Mark) is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced—fast, efficient, and truly a team. This community sets the standard for excellence, and I couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else home!

If i didn’t hear neighbors snoring, walking, flushing b the toilet, bed shaking, talking, cabinets closed and food being cooked this community would be great .

Long term tenant, recently moved out. Safety was very poor. My car was stolen & an attempted break in, attempted mugging in the lot, along with at least 2 other tenants stolen cars that I'm aware (possibly more but crime announcements are no longer given). The gates are left locked open or neglected often. Security cameras I don't believe are functional. The process to obtain footage for crime investigation is very poor.
Management: Negligent. Floor team is very polite, friendly. No issue in 2... years. After my car was stolen, I had no assistance from the Leasing Office management. The police investigation for my stolen vehicle was obstructed & am denied footage of the robbery still 6 months later. Met personally with the regional & site managers but was not a priority. I'm sure if this robbery did not occur, I'd have less negative to say but you want LO management that is helpful in your time of need. I did not want to leave, but the safety risk was that high.
Sanitation. Some dog owners had relieved their pets in a stairwell & elevator hall. Eventually was deep cleaned & had been less frequent in the end.

Very nice community, excellent staffing, clean buildings and plenty of community events. Nice location for ease of access to many parts of metropolitan area

Good apartment community, but could be much better considering it is a new build.
