Credit score must be 650+
Rental History: A positive rental history is required.
Financial Standing: Applicants must not have any evictions, foreclosures, or bankruptcies. Additionally, there should be no outstanding utility balances in collections.
Background Check: A clean background is required.
Security Deposit: Equivalent to one month's rent $3,600.00
Utilities: Tenant pays for for Georgia Power, water and gas.
