At least 1 shooiting per weekend. Maintenance is not equipped by corporate with education to repair or the parts to repair. My heat hasn't worked in a year. The gates don't close, so someone will break into your car. If you can afford to stay here, afford somewhere else.

Let’s begin!!! Roaches, water bugs, and mosquitoes because of the cloggers sewer on the outside. Mold on the inside and outside of the walls! Electrical problems. They make you sign a lead problem contract with the lease because they give you an apartment were they paint the inside of the tub, so when you shower your children you have to watch them carefully. The paint peels off the walls and on the inside of the tub. Beware not safe for children. The outlets are so loose you can’t keep things... plugged in. The countertop is caving in. There’s a big hole on the bottom of the sink, looks like bugs are eating away at it. The lights flicker in some rooms while in others the switch does not work (in the kitchen). The air conditioning system is so old they can’t even find parts to fix the system. So in the summer the air is hot and in the winter the air is cold. So far the office staff are very pleasent and nice mrs.Linda is the best so far the 2 times I have been there all ways see the maintenance people doing some type of work either on a unit or the grounds love the security cameras That are around the grounds nice quiet area hope that I am selected to move in my 11 year old daughter loves the pool and the quietness of the area

Don’t move here!!! when I came the apartment was infested with SEVERAL live roaches crawling everywhere I couldn’t even bring my furniture or clothes in and I had to find somewhere to sleep for the night. The place was also very dirty, I had to call them for them to clean up and all they did was vacuum. Cabinet are disgusting with live and dead roaches inside of them. They painted over the tub white which fades after you clean it. So the tub looks dirty. If all my stuff wasn’t already on a uhaul... I wouldn’t have moved in. It’s supposed to be a gated community but the gate stays open for anybody to come in. There’s supposed to be a laundry center but the door has been locked since I came. What is advertised is not what you get at all. Pool/fitness center has never been open. The gates does not work. They pick and choose when to close the gates. Management is very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Rent is outrageous and the location sucks. I do not recommend at all.
