I am into my 3rd lease at Capstone. I am impressed by the high standards the management team adheres to. Work orders are reconciled in a timely fashion and the overall property is maintained beautifully. Great detail is given to the residents’ comfort and welfare. Thank you!

Don’t waste your time
I applied here for a 2 bedroom apartment. I submitted everything that I needed. My spouses check had a week gap missing due to being sick. But still has 3 other paystubs. I was just beginning to work again after maternity leave. I was told to get an offer letter. So I did. Once submitted. I waited, and waited, and waited some more for someone to get back to me. I had to physically call them myself and email or text constantly just to even get their attention. Eventually I was told that we didn’t... qualify and our income doesn’t meet requirements. But yet I submitted the same stuff to another apartment place and immediately got approved and the rent was way much higher and we had to make 3x the rent as well. Lol. The one who was helping me was named sue. Please don’t waste your time with her. She doesn’t care to really help you.
