Lived here in my early 20s and it was a great experience. They actually set the bar high for the rest of my living history. I would go as far to say 90% of the tenants are personnel from the nearby Fort Benning. Parking spots were readily available and the staff portrayed excellent customer service.

I had a bad experience with price gauging on my electric bill while absent from living in my apartment. Additionally, I had multiple issues with finding roaches in my clean apartment.

This apartment complex is reasonably priced and has a nice interior. It includes a all kinds of extras such as a pool, small gym, club house, inground pool, and a lake which provides a very good veiw. The apartment has multiple buildings to choose what is right for you. Everything is included except for electric; The total comes out to about a thousand a month and then add your electric to that. They even have your internet included which is currently getting upgraded. Only reason to not move... here is the location, which is right outside of fort benning. You can hear the weapons on base and the community outside the gates has a slightly higher crime rate.
