I stay in a 1 bedroom the one that’s less than 700sqf.
I will say the apartment is bigger than you think once you put furniture in. There is a lot of cosmetic work that needs to be done. The bedroom is a good size, the closest is small the bathroom is small and has no storage. there is really no storage space bedside the small storage closet by the front door. The sunroom is really the selling point of the apartment. I’ve had a few... maintenance issues such as replacing a leaking water heater, constant power outage, pest control issues, all in the 1st month of me moving in. They all got resolved in a timely matter. The community is pretty quiet surprisingly. There is a smell that smells like someone is smoking that comes and goes which is interesting cause this is a no smoking community. Plenty of parking, dog friendly, there is a small gym.
