Aesthetically pleasing yea, residential experience not so much. The apartments are nice, but the walls are extremely thin. The doors are heavy like fire doors, so there is constant slamming of doors. I can literally hear my neighbor opening and closing her cabinets. The amenities are nice, but if you have guests they cannot enjoy them. 2 guests only! We basically live in college housing with college housing rules, but no one will tell you that. If you tour late spring thru summer, you will not... get a true feeling of the area. The kids come back when school starts and they there goes parking, quiet nights, and well the guest rules don’t apply because they all know each other and they skirt the system that way. Property management is slow to respond to anything!

Kayleigh is awesome!
This property is beautiful and has all the amenities you could ever want. I’m obsessed with the kitchen in the two bed unit. Kayleigh was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions! (We had a lot). This was the first place we looked at and I think it’s the one!

Just moved in and very pleased.
Staff has been super helpful and the amenities are spectacular for the price. Having the washer and dryer already in place, and valet trash were also very welcome. Thank you to Kaylee for all your help!
