We had sumitted a application and the new propert manger helped us and she is wonderful and gets back to you in a timely manner..The floor plan is beautiful inside..

I use to live here years ago with my mom and they were clean and descent apartments but now, they are trash and need new management that actually cares about the property and their tenants. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying there unless you just don't have no other options. All I can say is, grab your bug spray!

The management team doesn't answer the phone and when they do its hard to get a clear answer on anything. Roaches are everywhere and the floors cave in. I thought I would fall through because water would reach downstairs after I showered or if anything spilled on the carpet. Lots of mold in the shower and it causes a horrible smell. The water system is horrible and you'll get a flooded sink or low water pressure, sometimes cold water or no water. The rent amount is the ONLY thing good about this place. They have given me the run around for over a month. A 50$ application fee just to tell me i "didn't qualify" when i make a descent amount of money. The so called "manager" is NEVER there. The unprofessionalism about how they did me was completely unacceptable and unfair.

I got an apartment a couple months ago and I’ve seen nothing these other reviews are talking about. Probably cuz it’s out dated but these apartments are beautiful now thx to the new management team. I honestly love it here
