I love the neighborhood other than my loud neighbor that doesn’t understand the meaning of turn Your music down you live right beside someone!! I like Mrs. Jackie she is a good office manager always treats me with respect…Maintenance is always on point but Martin is my favorite always hard working!!! I have no complaints when it’s time for them to fix something… great place to live just upgrade the tenants apartments that’s been there a while like myself!! Nice place to live if not I wouldn’t... have been a tenant for over 10 years!!

The community is awesome
leasing office puts on events for the kids around the holidays. Always families hanging out throughout the complex. Just a great place to live. We love our maintenance people, super responsive and super nice. The pool is awesome as well!

Management lacking
Good location. Floor plans are nice, apartment maintenance has been good. Laundry, gym, car wash, etc. are falling apart, broken, or filthy. Outside yard upkeep is okay. Trash, cigarette butts, etc in hallways is ignored. Any disputes with other tenants are ignored. They tell you to call the police for any issues after 11pm, but they don't want to deal with any daytime issues at all. This place is overrun with pets. Most do not clean up after their pets. Watch where you step. Overall property is... nice, management is there to collect your rent and not much more.

If you can, go elsewhere
Horrible management, you’re lucky if you get stuff fixed (from toilets to dishwasher & A.C.). You may or may not get an exterminator & if you do that probably won’t help. The people on the first floor decorate the yard in front of their balcony like a trailer park. Residents just received a notice that to now use the pool they need to get a passport photo at their own expense. This has not been required in the past. Much of what they advertise is not included... but they will raise your rent... $50 a year each renewal.
If you’re looking for cheapest rent, trashy apartments, & rude neighbors... this is your place

Worst Management I've ever experienced
I hate dealing with them. God forbid you ask Nicole about when renovations will be completed or to do her job and enforce the pet laws. If you're lucky enough to find someone in the office be mindful not to interrupt their snack time or you're sure to meet their utterly rude unprofessional behavior.
