I’ve lived at Preserve at Mill Creek for the past four years and couldn’t be happier with my decision to make this my home. The maintenance team is truly phenomenal — they respond to every request within 24 hours and do excellent work. The community is quiet and peaceful, the grounds are always beautifully maintained, and the management team is accessible, responsive, and genuinely understanding. If you’re looking for a great place to live, take my word for it — Preserve at Mill Creek is an... excellent choice.

Do not recommend. For various reasons. Community management is unresponsive, maintenance only slightly address issues, no real solution is provided. BUGS! If you choose to speak up about anything, you can feel the disinterest and lack of care that staff actually have towards you. Very upsetting, I should have listened when a colleague of mine told me to RUN. I am warning you the same.
