My husband and I have been living at Southport Townhomes since March 2026 and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Here are some highlights of our experience: Quiet Community: The overall atmosphere here is serene and peaceful, making it a perfect place for relaxation after a busy day. Dog-Friendly Environment: As dog owners, we appreciate the community’s dog-friendly policy. It’s great to see other residents enjoying time with their pets. Private Backyards: Each townhome features a private... backyard, providing us with a personal outdoor space to unwind and enjoy nature. Dog Park: The on-site dog park offers a safe space for our dog to run some energy off and check his p-mail. Excellent Management: Samantha (Sam) is the property manager, and she truly makes a difference. She is always available when needed and ensures everything runs smoothly, from maintenance requests to community events.

Excellent homes
I’ve recently had the chance to visit this new community, and it already feels like a really promising place to live. Even though it’s still in early stages, you can clearly see the thought that went into the planning—clean streets, modern home designs, and a layout that feels open and easy to navigate.
The community spaces and landscaping are especially impressive for such a new development. Everything feels fresh and well put together, and there’s a nice balance between residential comfort... and shared outdoor areas. It already gives off a welcoming, neighborhood feel rather than just a construction site.
