these people making people pay balances that they do not have to pay also they over charging people and the managers really dont care they barley come and see about a work order the head manager rides a golf cart smoking riding around doing nothing and its not cool.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They made my move stress free. I luv the renovations especially the flooring and microwave above the stove. Perfect for just myself. Look forward to seeing what other changes will be implemented. Due to staff shortage maintenance issues can be slow to fix but hopefully that will change soon.

I lived there for 2 years. They started off lying saying the clean the apartment b4 I moved in and there were cobwebs everywhere and bright stains on carpet. That was just the beginning of the nightmare. People are constantly coming in and out at all hours of the night. Gunshots at random times. Several murders have happened on and near the property. Constantly changing property management coming in with new protocols. For example..We started off pay rent with Money Orders then new management... came in and had us paying on a website. The site would automatically charge you fee to pay your rent. If you didn't have a bank account you could end up spending $15 extra to pay your rent. That management eventually left only causing more confusion snd chaos. The mailroom got broken in 4xs when they put a keypad on the door they busted the window. I had to get rid of most of my furniture when moving because an ARMY of roaches had got into everything. They would come and spray but it seems like it would make them worst. They may renovate the place but your money may be spent somewhere else with less problems. Oh and the pictures are nothing how they actually look. Read More
