Mrs. Sikethia did an excellent job by providing great customer service and showing me around the property. The one thing that stood out to me the most about her was her honesty. She kept it ?? in a very professional and respectful manner. I also like how the property manager keeps the community in the loop by offering monthly crime awareness classes. The staff here is freaking awesome! I was facing some pretty steep challenges given today Economy and was not having the best of luck. However, Miss Zakeithia, Gabriel, Shalette helped my situation tremendously! The ladies went over and beyond to meet my family’s needs, we now have some peace of mind. I appreciate the leasing staff and I am super excited about my new neighborhood :)

I’ll start by saying the actual complex is quiet, as for the surrounding area.. questionable. The landscaping is pretty good and well kept. Okay customer service and that’s where the good ends. As for the apartments themselves? If you like seeing roaches, apply here! You can tell they are old and very cheap “upgrades” were done. Cabinets are old as dirt and falling apart. The only thing they will do is paint over them. I’m positive upper management would NOT live like this. Absolutely NOTHING... luxury about these apartments despite how the model home looks. Only good for a roof over your head. Paper thin walls as well, I heard my neighbors arguing almost every night. Way too overpriced for these issues, hate to leave a bad review but please save your time and money!!! Mrs. Alice is amazing awesome. She takes her time with the people to make sure you get a clear understanding. The building itself is super clean the staff is super friendly and very helpful. Mrs Alice and I both have daughters that graduate this year and we’re both super excited about there future!!! Thank you so much??

They made my process to get approved and moved in as smooth as possible. Other places weren't as accommodating, but they were very welcoming!
