Management is rude especially Natalie! Everything broke down in my apartment after moving in, I had to demand a new washer and dryer the old one was leaking water and there was mold inside of it and dryer made a very loud noise. Dish washer broke down after only using it once and they took 8 months to fix it. The AC broke down every month! The maintenance guys do very poor jobs and they take forever to respond to requests , the hvac units outside are very loud outside. Avoid living here if you don't like mold. I lived in two different units over three years here and developed severe health complications as a result of mold exposure. When I began to suspect mold, I inquired and it turned out my air unit was not inspected and was missing a part, resulting in immense mold build-up. Keep in mind, I experienced these symptoms in BOTH units, so this is not unique to the one.

Afterwards, months later, in an attempt to clean the air unit, maintenance somehow covered... ALL of my belongings in the living room/kitchen in moldy residue, causing a huge uptick in symptoms. When notified, I was offered absolutely zero resolution or any kind of assistance.

Upon my move-out, I informed the front desk that I would have to abandon a number of personal items that were exposed, because handling them would be hazardous for my health. They proceeded to CHARGE me for the removal of my hundreds of dollars in mold-covered personal belongings that I had to give up. I lived here a few years ago and was rather disappointed with the quality. I often had to rely on YouTube to fix my own appliances as it seemed installations were not built to last, and maintenance was often (not always) useless in helping.

There also seemed to be a pest control problem as bugs would enter the units through open drains and vents.

It's livable for a first apartment but not less than ideal if you aren't a college student desperate to move out of the dorms.

I was a resident at this apartment complex for a little over a year. The location is great. Everything else is pretty much terrible. No matter how clean my unit was, cockroaches would appear every night. At one point I stopped cooking and stopped ordering groceries for months with hopes of getting rid of them. They didn't stop coming. Management is terrible. Rent is cheap. The actual units are awful. The location is great. The maintenance team has yet to be found. I have had issue with my unit since I move in on February. If you move here you will be calling pest control from the time you move in and out every week. Bugs, everything broken.
