I don't recommend pool view
Not recommend pool view. Cannot work from home due to Noise/Loudy music from the swimming pool.

Love my new home
Absolutely thrilled to share my experience living in my new apartment! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was blown away by the stunning design and attention to detail. The spacious layout allows for seamless entertaining, while the modern amenities make everyday living a breeze. Not to mention, the panoramic views from the balcony are simply breathtaking! The location couldn't be more perfect, with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and parks. The management team has been... incredibly responsive and attentive to any needs or concerns. Overall, my new apartment has exceeded all expectations, and I couldn't be happier to call it home.

RATS ARE A PROBLEM HERE
Myself and multiple residents have been traumatized by rats invading our homes in the middle of the night. They jump on counters, eat food on counters, chew thru trash cans, ect. One resident has already moved out because the rat that was caught on her glue trap banged itself on the wall all night just to try to break free. They send Orkin up with glue traps in the vacant units, but it is not enough. THESE ARE LARGE RATS, NOT MICE. THEY CAN EASILY BREAK FREE FROM GLUE TRAPS. Corporate is not... doing enough to resolve the issue in my opinion. The affected residents are not being updated on the steps they are taking to permanently resolve the issue. They will lose more residents if this is not addressed quickly and permanently. When people move into a new build, the last thing they should have to deal with are rats in their homes.
