I had a very disappointing experience touring this apartment community. The leasing agent had a poor attitude from the start—rolling his eyes, giving me sass, and acting annoyed the entire time.

He only showed me two units and kept complaining that the property was too large and that his legs were hurting, then told me to look at the rest of the units and amenities on the website. He did not show me the pool, amenities, or much of the property at all.

He was also rude to an existing resident... who simply asked for help during my tour, which made the lack of professionalism even more obvious.

Before I left, he promised to send me information about the other available units, but it has now been four days and I still haven’t received anything. Overall, the tour felt like a waste of time and left me with a very poor impression of the community. Read More

Find another place to live! The 1 star reviews are 100% correct. Parking sucks, customer service is in hell, and no one knows how to do anything in the office.

If I could leave less than one star I would. I cannot count the ways that this property has come up short. Let's start with my first year living here when the pipes froze and burst in the winter, which of course was beyond their control. However, what was in their control was dealing with the damage in a timely manor. There was water left in the hallway for days that just kept seeping into the carpet and through the walls and floor. It was left wet and molding for multiple days so by the time... someone finally got around to it the damage was done and the mold had set in (see photos of when they ripped up the carpet and all the mold was left underneath). I had to call continuously to have someone come deal with the issue and the mold as I was feeling sick (I'm highly allergic) until I threatened to bring someone in to come assess the mold damage. The moisture from the flooding caused my door to not be able to lock, which no-one came to fix for weeks despite me reporting the issue (I am a female living alone in Atlanta which made it scary to not have a door that locked, especially at night). My second year living here, the pool was 'out of order' for the entire summer even though that was still included in our 'amenity fees' that we paid for. The latest idiotic blunder from this place was booting my car in the parking deck even though I live here and there were zero cars parked near my car on the top floor of the parking lot. I have been out of town for the past month tending to my sick father in the hospital and come home to be greeted with a boot on my car and a $75 fee and had to pay for an Uber on top of that to get where I needed to go. The entire place is dirty - trash everywhere, animal poop, bugs, constantly smells like weed, unsafe (cars constantly broken into, fire alarms constantly going off in the middle of the night for hours - and no way to know if it is an actual fire or not) and ultimately not an ideal place to live. I have lived at Sorelle since 2020 and am finally moving out due to numerous issues that have made my living experience extremely unpleasant.

Cockroach Infestation: This complex has a constant cockroach problem that persists despite spraying, cleaning, and using roach traps. Cockroaches are a common sight here, as you’ll see mentioned in other reviews.

Unaccommodating Leasing Office: The leasing office is inflexible and always looking for ways to charge residents. If there’s a way for them to... make you pay for something, they absolutely will.

Recurring AC Issues: Every summer, our AC clogs, causing water to accumulate under the floorboards. This leads to moisture problems that require temporary maintenance fixes every few weeks until summer ends.

Poor Pet Management: Pets often use the hallways as their bathrooms, which creates an unsanitary living environment.

Security Concerns: Cars are frequently broken into, making residents feel unsafe.

Fire Alarms and Power Issues: The fire alarms go off constantly, causing unnecessary disruptions. Additionally, the power flickers whenever there’s a storm, which is highly inconvenient.

Management Change: The previous management genuinely cared for their residents. Unfortunately, the new management is more concerned with profit than resident satisfaction. They are corporate sticklers focused on money rather than the well-being of their tenants.
