Great location but Worst apartment management. Units are not ready for move in once you sign lease. A/C units don’t work properly, numerous request to have this fixed in the past 3 months. I’m not the only tenant with this issue. Be ready to pay $300 during fall and $150 during summer for electricity. Internet is mediocre at best. Security cameras were not working. Outside complex light sometimes is not on. It enough parking, have to park on the street. Had to have electrician come install... power behind walls. Maintenance is always here bc they are always fixing something or correcting work. Management ignores requests and will say they will send someone, days go by and then maintenance guys show up at random times and they don’t even have acres to the apartments. So if you are not home, then another delay!!!! It’s so frustrating! A nightmare!!

avoid complex for right now till after renovations are complete
The property was sold to a new management company in the middle of my 2 year lease period. It has been a 24/7 construction zone since they are remodeling all units. They leave empty units open and unlocked. They turn off water without informing tenants and the noise from construction can be pretty loud at times. I had to remove all pictures and fragile items off the walls due to the construction and how much it shakes the unit. Trash and construction supplies left everywhere which can make... utilizing the sidewalks difficult to get to unit. They don't keep up with lawn maintenance so bushes and other plants are overgrown which also causes issues with using the sidewalk safely. There is a huge hole in the parking lot and that has yet been fixed. Also, the construction crew take up all the prime close parking spaces for their vehicles and blocks the walkways so when it does come time to move it will be difficult to gather my items out of apartment. This may be a nice and quiet unit after all renovations are complete but I would avoid for right now.
