Cons: •Awful water pressure •Brown water •Laundry room floods and the floor is literally caked in mud at all times (so much so, if you drop something, you have to wash it again) •Washer and dryers are often broken (only three washers for entire complex!) •Windows/screens have huge gaps in them, so rain and bugs are a constant issue. •Huge cockroaches infest the place and they do not exterminate •Squirrels live in the attic and are extremely loud for such little creatures •Very slow at fixing... issues (air conditioning went out in August and it took over a week to fix) •Paper thin walls (very loud neighbors and you can hear every little car that drives by or skateboarder at 3am) •The kitchen is so small and poorly laid out that you literally have to open the refrigerator door to open the oven •The steps to the laundry room are so rusted that they dip when you walk on them •Mulitple wasp nests around the complex •No one cleans the premesis, it's often littered and the dumpster backs up with leftover furniture for weeks on end •Not a lot of parking, you often have to park on the street or in the back DIRT lot •The mailboxes are a joke, they don't really lock and often times mail is blown throughout the parking lot
Pros: •Location, location, location. (That's it)

Inman Park Renter
My boyfriend and I packed his car and moved from the urban jungle that is Detroit to Atlanta, GA and found ourself in a fairly large two bedroom apartment. The apartment complex is older and could use some work but overall a perfect place to start a new life in Atlanta, in perfect walking distance to restaurants and great neighborhood things to to.
