Everything seems alright for me in my unit the first lease, by the time I renew my second lease there were many hiccups with management and the upkeep of this apartment. Good side: No bugs, no issue with electricity or water ( after 2 months of water pipe issues). The gym is my go to spot and the only place I go to and use the most. Mailroom has been better with security. No more stolen package. However, outside my unit, there’s always a weird smell on my floor. Someone is definitely smoking and... is traveling through air vent and stink up my unit. I also have one neighbor with kids stomping and jumping above my unit at 2-3am, so it hasnt been good to sleep. My floor specifically had left their trash piling up and not down the trash chute. Otherwise my neighbors are okay. The elevator and the parking garage doors are the main complain due to its continuous fix just to break down in a few months. If u got the patience to get out of the building, is not bad living here.

There needs to be some sense of urgency when the gates and elevators are broken as well as the bowling area and televisions other residents should understand that they have neighbors

After residing at Generation ATL for 4.5 years, I can say that my overall experience has been positive. While there was a brief period when a few questionable residents almost had me considering relocating, they just didn’t fit and clearly was short lived. I greatly value the sense of peace I’ve been able to enjoy here and appreciate the hard work put in by the front office staff—Mia, Cierra, and Onika—the assistant manager, Kameka, and the maintenance team. Their teamwork has played a... significant role in making this community a better place to live.
