Staff are friendly but different faces every month. So many broken amenities that takes weeks for it to be repaired. Windows needs a good cleaning from outside. My neighbor has a party from 2 am to 6 am every weekend despite the rules. Would’ve love to renew my lease when it ends but don’t see that happening.

It's a nice place to live. The amenities are great and the staff is helpful. The location is fantastic and accessible to everything. The property is well maintained and generally safe.

The overall resident experience could be greatly improved with better coaching for the team or, if necessary, a full replacement of staff. No one moving into their home should feel like a burden. Communication must be more timely and professional, whether over the phone or in person, and staff should always maintain a pleasant and consistent demeanor. Homes should be properly cleaned and prepared, and residents should be treated fairly and equally, without staff selectively being courteous....
