The unprofessionalism from the current staff/ maintenance team at the leasing office is completely disgraceful. These “newly renovated” units advertised are just apartments done by cheap contractors who did not safely complete the units. Look forward to lots of chaos within the neighborhood, safety issues everyday, disrespectful leasing staff. As a “ALWAYS ON TIME PAYING RENT TENANT” I refuse to be treated badly by a place I decided to make my home. Definitely beware of this place!!!!!!!

Went to visit an old college buddy that lived here and it looked great. His place was close to work and the people in the apartment complex we extremely nice. I’m from up North and I really didn’t understand the southern hospitality jumbo till I saw it. Anyway construction is going on in the apartments as well as the grounds and this place looks like it’s going to be awesome spot.

Ms.Phyllis gets the job done . Maintenance request are always handled . She does many things in the community for the kids on different holidays . Yes there are a lot of kids outside but that is something the property can not help .

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Moving here was a last option and something I regret every day. The staff tries to be pleasant but nothing really gets taken care of except maintenance request. Mr. David specifically is absolutely amazing! There are about 10-15 children that swarm the parking lot day and night bumping and scratching cars as they play with bikes and scooters, although there is a designated grass area for them, you often have to dodge them when driving. If you have a car,... best of luck finding a parking spot. There is an auto shop next door that puts the icing on the cake. This place leaves 3 large dogs out at night that bark nonstop. if you have small children or you sleep lightly best of luck... Aside from the dogs barking at night, there is constant drilling and sawing all day. The floors in the units are also old and if you are downstairs or upstairs, you will hear endless squeaking with every step. Breezeways are filthy and I cannot blame the staff because the cleaning lady is so sweet and takes her time with every building. It's the surrounding tenants. The walls are paper thin so you will hear everything your neighbors do and so will they. Phone conversations can be heard word for word. I can see the potential here but was a major fail. I moved in the 2 bedroom upgrade and I love it, the stainless steel appliances are great. the leasing professionals are awesome Ms.Phyllis and Ms. Taray were very professional, its very quiet and they have security officers on site.
