I have been meaning to write a review but have chosen to wait until after a few months to see how things went once more people moved in. I was one of the first tenants to sign a lease back in early January and from the very beginning, everything has been great! Navini has been so incredibly easy to work with and continues to do everything possible to make me feel valued. I love the location, and my place is simply gorgeous! Normal construction issues to the beginning but nothing at all... negative. I will be renewing my lease for another year and cannot recommend Ellison enough! I am addicted to the walkability of the area and calling my beautiful building home!

Poor Communication
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with The Ellison so others can make an informed decision.
After signing a lease and making plans around the agreed-upon move-in date, I was repeatedly misled by the management team. They provided an unclear, constantly shifting timeline and failed to be transparent. To make matters worse, I was contacted at 5 PM on three separate Fridays—right before my scheduled move-in date—only to be told again and again that my move-in... would be delayed.
This last-minute communication was incredibly disruptive and unprofessional. It became clear that the apartment was not actually ready, despite their promises. The Ellison may be new, but that’s no excuse for poor planning, disorganization, and a complete lack of accountability.
This property seems to have a lot to learn, and unfortunately, their growing pains are being taken out on tenants. I would not recommend signing a lease here. If you're looking for a trustworthy place to live, I suggest looking elsewhere.
