Avoid Centennial Place Apartments — Unsafe, Neglected, and Unresponsive

We moved here hoping for a safe, stable home to raise our toddler daughter. Instead, we faced ongoing safety hazards, ignored maintenance issues, and utter silence from management despite repeated outreach.

Safety Concerns:
There was a fatal shooting near the complex, followed by frequent car break-ins, yet management never informed residents or increased security. This left us feeling unsafe and anxious in our own home.

Maintenance Neglect:
We reported serious issues multiple times, including...
structural damage, unsafe railings, missing sprinkler covers, plumbing problems, and promised carpet cleaning that was never done. These were never properly addressed and may have contributed to our daughter’s respiratory problems.

Unannounced Vendor Visits:
After escalating my concerns by sending extensive emails to senior management at Integral, vendors began showing up randomly at our home without any prior notice or communication. This was invasive and disrespectful—especially with a toddler in the house—and felt like retaliatory or careless behavior.

Valet Trash Scam:
We were charged $25/month for valet trash for over a year, but the service was never provided. Despite formal complaints and offers to provide video proof, management refused reimbursement and ignored the issue. When I withheld rent in early May, I received no written response or explanation.

We vacated the apartment on May 24, 2025, after months of frustration and management’s failure to communicate or act.

?

Bottom line: Centennial Place Apartments is unsafe, poorly maintained, and managed by a team that ignores tenant concerns and treats residents disrespectfully. If you value safety, communication, and professionalism—look elsewhere.

It’s the worse! Keep looking!!!!

•maintenance request will not be fulfilled even after calling and following several times.

•Rodent was found inside of my clean apartment which means there’s a hole somewhere but the maintenance worker was afraid of rodents so he refused to assist at all.
•apartment was shot up , glass shattered , took them weeks to fix.
•community managers /front office workers don’t care about helping you or the issues you have.
•you’re better off buying a house because you will be responsible for the...
upkeep of your apartment issues if you want them resolved.

Do not rent here, it will waste you a lot of money and time

The management is terrible. I setup the autopayment, however, they charged extra money each month for 10 months for a total of nearly $2000. I asked for the reasons of the overcharge, they could not figure out the reason. The only possible reason was that the hacker entered their system, but they refused to return the money back.
Do not rent here if possible, it will waste you a lot of money and time.

bad community RUN AWAY !!

We lived here almost 2 years. the staff is really bad and no helpers. it is forbidden to have a barbecue, forbidden to put a bicycle on the balcony, forbidden to put it at the entrance of the building. the sports center and the swimming pool never worked. when you call them, you feel like you are disturbing them. security is not assured, the doors do not close, the parking gate remains open day and night, the neighbors are sometimes extremely noisy and the staff does nothing. the quality of... the apartments is really bad.
I think they don’t know the sense of the word « community »
Run away from them

DO NOT LIVE HERE!

DANGEROUS, NO AMENITIES, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Whoever said the front desk staff is willing to help and accommodate your needs is WRONG. I was excited to move in due to the location when I realized that my apartment had been broken into before we moved in (there's broken glass under the windows and hand prints on my window). The valet trash has NEVER picked up my trash, and no matter how many times you call the front desk, that never changes. Homeless people constantly walk around and look in... your windows. One actually stole my patio furniture! All of it :). The parking lot gate is ALWAYS open. No matter how many times you call to close it for security purposes. NOTHING changes! Ever! There were multiple shootings in my parking lot. The SWAT team even came and pulled Ak-47's out of the neighbor's backpack. Even though I was emailing the leasing staff begging to be let out of the lease early and CLEARLY communicating that I was not going to renew my lease, they are still charging me an additional $1500 for not submitting a proper non-renewal lease form. Sure, it was in my contract, but they could have reminded me of that while I was going back and forth with them. Nope, they saw the opportunity to get extra money and ran with it EVEN THOUGH they did not hold up their end of the contract by providing the amenities they promised or security! Funny how that works!!!!!! Probably won't get my deposit back either :-) Please don't live here :-)
