I am currently staying in Avail Sandy Springs. The maintenance is extremely poor. Its been a week I have moved here and I still have some ongoing issues. My kitchen sink gets clogged and I am unable to wash utensils. I have broken curtains from day 1 in my living room and have absolutely no curtains in one of my bedroom. Washroom taps also have issues, water gushes out from every direction. I have informed the property receptionist Melanie many times but no actions have been taken as of now.... Really pathetic service.
