Run

These apartments have plenty of rats and roaches and once you tell the landlord he never try to fix the root of the problem. He just patch the holes (which the rats chew through the patches) and say everything will be okay also everyone pays a $100 water even if you don't use that amount. He's getting over on people. If you have a pet he want $500 up front. This man Mr.Moses has lost his mind. Don't forget you right in the hood.
