As a GT student, I have been living in 935M for the past 2.5 years. I request all the GT students who plan to come and who is already living to not stay here. I used to refer people to stay in this apartment, but everything has changed in the last 6-8 months. I am moving out as well. There have been many shootings here in the past six months. Two days ago, I heard around 10 shots fired at 11:40 PM. When I came outside my apartment to check, I saw a man lying in a pool of blood near the entrance... of the TV room. All the glasses were broken. This is very traumatizing. After this incident, I am not able to sleep peacefully.

In October, when a person was shot in the parking lot, the management said they would improve the security. They didn't even repair the back entrance, which is always unlocked. Anyone can enter through this door. The security personnel are also not available all the time. Read More

The office, especially the manager, is unprofessional and inefficient in communication and solving problems. The price keeps rising but the poor quality of management has not changed. Garbage and food can lay on the staircase for multiple days, you can smell cigarette smoke in the hallway and even in your room, the sound insulation is very poor that you can hear any noise from your neighbors.

We had a good overall experience living here. Maintenance was always answered in a timely manner. Staff was always friendly and helpful. I like the security of the building and how close it is to several restaurants and other hot spots of Atlanta. Good commute to almost anywhere in the city, walking distance to some restaurants as well. The only reason we moved is because it is a bit expensive for a 1 bedroom but that is because it is off campus housing for GA Tech and of course student housing... is more expensive in general but no complaints overall.
