I moved here in December. Save yourselves the problem. Newest issue: Fire alarms from 10 pm Thursday night to 6:30am Friday morning. Question 935M, how do I go to work to pay for these so called luxury amenities. When I haven’t had one hour of sleep. This is such a Luxurious experience. I should’ve believed the reviews.

The problem is none of management lives here, the GM is quick to tell you that. Out of sight, out of mine. They... don’t have to deal with the Alarms, smells, Trash, broken elevators, homeless.

I don’t live here attitude is what I got from the GM. I had to talk to corporate to get her to care that I just moved in and wasn’t happy.

Mistake well noted. Next time I will take reviews in account. I suggest you do the same.

I normally don’t write reviews but this has really pissed me off. I have a conference today and I’m going to be really really tired and I guess I’m venting from exhaustion. But this is ridiculous and by the way it’s 6:45am and the alarm is still going on and off.

7:30am: Thanks Arium for the 30 mins more sleep before the alarm came back on. Wow I thought I’ve get at least 4 hours before work. I guess not. Oh, add a headache to my not even started day. All this couldn’t be possible, if it wasn’t for Arium luxurious apartments. Thanks. When I came here. I was looking for convenience. What I’m getting are Sleepless nights, unprofessionalism, sub par conditions for a Luxurious apartment…. Thanks.

8:07am: Alarm has turned off for now. I don’t know is it better to try to get a hour or two of sleep or just stay up. It’s worse when the alarm shocks you up. Unbelievable That I’m even contemplating should I go to sleep or not in my own house. But, here i am.

12:43am (Sat): Alarms are still going off. So another sleepless night. I have never experienced this type of service for where I leave with a problem the alarms and I come back 10 hours later and the alarms are still going off at almost 1 o’clock in the morning. I’m sure management is on vacation, because they are nowhere to be found and we the people that’s paying this rent here has to suffer like this. (Ringing in your ears, hearing lost, headaches, if you had a baby in your house. God help you. It’s disrespectful. Do not move here. Thanks Arium for nothing.

As a GT student, I have been living in 935M for the past 2.5 years. I request all the GT students who plan to come and who is already living to not stay here. I used to refer people to stay in this apartment, but everything has changed in the last 6-8 months. I am moving out as well. There have been many shootings here in the past six months. Two days ago, I heard around 10 shots fired at 11:40 PM. When I came outside my apartment to check, I saw a man lying in a pool of blood near the entrance... of the TV room. All the glasses were broken. This is very traumatizing. After this incident, I am not able to sleep peacefully.

In October, when a person was shot in the parking lot, the management said they would improve the security. They didn't even repair the back entrance, which is always unlocked. Anyone can enter through this door. The security personnel are also not available all the time. Read More

The office, especially the manager, is unprofessional and inefficient in communication and solving problems. The price keeps rising but the poor quality of management has not changed. Garbage and food can lay on the staircase for multiple days, you can smell cigarette smoke in the hallway and even in your room, the sound insulation is very poor that you can hear any noise from your neighbors.

We had a good overall experience living here. Maintenance was always answered in a timely manner. Staff was always friendly and helpful. I like the security of the building and how close it is to several restaurants and other hot spots of Atlanta. Good commute to almost anywhere in the city, walking distance to some restaurants as well. The only reason we moved is because it is a bit expensive for a 1 bedroom but that is because it is off campus housing for GA Tech and of course student housing... is more expensive in general but no complaints overall.
