About the house:
- ~$950-$1000/month per room + $75 flat rate to cover all utilities (which includes monthly cleaners, high-speed WiFi, power, water, gas, pest control, and landscaping)
- Shared and Private bathroom options
- Cleaners come monthly to clean all common areas of the house (shared bathrooms, etc.)
- Private Parking Spot - no need to ask people to move their cars!
- Fully Furnished - All common areas are furnished (kitchen, living room, etc.) and all appliances (oven, laundry, dishwasher, refrigerators, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.)
- Multiple refrigerators
- Labeled pantries and refrigerators based on room number
- Furnished or unfurnished bedroom options
- Privacy touch keypad locks on bedroom doors
- $500 Security Deposit (due upon lease signing)

About the current tenants:
